Picspam: Phoenix Hug - He's Home

For cw_land, we had to do a picspam of our favorite scene. That pretty much has to be the hug scene from Phoenix when Lex returns to life and Clark's arms...

Wow, Talli! That's amazing. I really enjoyed the way you put it all together. You've picked the best of the scene here. The last picture, is my favorite - Clark's eyes closed, lost in the joy, smile as big as his heart (and incisors that are even bigger *g*).

Thanks! ^__^ I spent waaay too long today capping the scene and making this, so I'm glad you like it. :) They're just so happy, it was great rewatching it. Clark has that extraordinary joy, and Lex just looks so *comfortable* to be back with Clark - the first time he was able to genuinely be happy to be reunited with somebody since he got home. The hug was over much much too soon. ((And lol on the teeth - yeah, I was noticing that particularly on the gawking 'is that really Lex' caps. ^^))

The hug was over much much too soon. God, yes! That was the only drawback of the scene. The hug should have lasted for much longer than the 2 or so seconds it did.

The hug was brilliant and natural. The rest of that scene just felt really awkward to me as they instantly started talking at each other. I think after the camera cut away, they went back to hugging again. ;D
