Over in cw_land, the latest challenge is a "Big Bang" where we have to accumulate 100 points by writing fic or making icons or such and then posting them as a set to the community. It's not like I don't have plot bunnies breeding like crazy already (especially with the bingos o.o), but I want to have a bit more fun with this than just pulling a random bunny out. So I'm throwing the ball over to you instead and then you can knock it back to me. :)

Fill out the poll for a 500-word-ish fic, or icons, or wallpapers, and I'll do my best to fill your prompt! I'll leave this poll open until July 31, and I will try have have all of them posted by August 29. :)

If you have any questions, just let me know!

(And please do put a prompt in if you can think of one. It's a little hard to write something off a pairing alone. ^^; Prompt doesn't have to be anything more than a word or two - 'books', 'wool' - or it can be detailed. Up to you. :) )

The amount of prompts you're accumulating is shocking. >D I hope you put them all to good use. Let me know if you want a sounding board or a beta for anything, even the artwork.

I... signed up for that latest bingo that Twins found. o.o I'm insane. ;p But it's a fun type of insanity at least!

I'm a little afraid I'm flooding the list with so many stories off the prompts. Too many stories and people will stop reading! Heh. And as I speak, clexmas is supposed to be posted for today...

Are you up for the beta'ing? I didn't want to disturb you while everything was still settling in. ^^; Other than the Clexmas which unfortunately will have to go up without beta, I don't have anything quite ready yet, though I should have some by the end of this weekend. ^^

I'm putting my clexmas up unbetaed as well, with plans to revise. I cannot get this fic to end. Story of my life. But unlike previous fics, it's not completely fighting me.

I think, sadly, I'm going to have to give up anything with a deadline for the foreseeable future. Life is just too crazy. And I'm failing just a little too hard. >_<

I think posting too much is less a problem of people stopping reading because of overabundance as people missing things. For the bingo fics, if they're short enough, you might consider posting in chunks. Theoretically, fics only have to be 500 words, so if you have three fics of 500-1500 words, they would all fit in a single post.

Or, post them singly at your fic journal, but when you put links up at the comms, group them together.

The danger, really, comes from too many posts going up in a short span of time.

So no bigbang for you? Totally understand about the crazy... life is like that sometimes. Fics, at least, will always be there later. They really are something that can be put away and gotten back to later. ^^

So far none of the bingo fics are that short. ;p But yeah, I'd rather give them their own posts. Helps to keep the links to them easier to manage in the tables and listings. And yeah, I group links at the comm too when I post things that quickly. I don't always post everything at the comm anyhow, just the ones I like. ^^

Er, yeah, I dropped out of Big Bang. Which is why I was so determined to get something finished and posted yesterday, even if it didn't fit the prompt.

^__^ I didn't think your bingo fics were turning out short. I'm going to try to approach mine like comment!fic, but the first one I wrote for kink_bingo already kind of broke that rule. >D
