I like it. The setup with Chloe was nice, the scene with Handal flowed nicely and Clark's vision of a future-that-would-otherwise-be was well-played.
I love quite a bit that Lex's continuing 'obsession' leads him to wanting Clark in his tomb. And god, how sweet is it that Clark tries to give him that, with the Fortress? (Answer: Very.)
And then the ending, with Clark bursting in as Clarks are wont to do, and Lex misinterpreting his presence at first as normal Clark-in-distress. And his understanding and pushing back to protect Clark from himself. Because Lex wants Clark's secrets, but never at the cost of losing Clark himself.
