Luthor family stories... {shakes head} Every time Lex came out with one of them on the show, I would just be sitting there mouth slightly open and both horrified and laughing at the same time because Lex would always be so dry and matter of fact about it. Lionel Luthor really was a pretty pathetic father, and as much as Lex liked his mom, I honestly don't think much of her either! For Lex to be as awesome as he was still in the first season is quite the testament to him. ^^ The main difficulty was trying to figure out a luthor story for the fic that still felt real for the character.
