After a while of holding and being held, Clark finally felt like he could let go. He didn't really want to... he stored up the memory of this hug while he had it I love Clark "memorizing" the hug.
Caught." Lex grinned lazily at Clark. "Just don't tell my dad. He already thinks you're corrupting me too much." His face fell again, retreating into darker thoughts.
Clark rather liked the idea of him 'corrupting' Lex. That's a neat little reversal! I like Clark "corrupting" Lex too.
"Then I'll cry for you." Clark grabbed Lex's hand and kept it pressed to his cheek. "Because it hurts." And I'm crying for both of them. Wow.
