Lex really is the ultimate woobie in Smallville. There's so much too him, and he wants so badly to be fixed. We just want Clark (or somebody o.o) to reach out and DO the fixing. It's the great tragic arc of Smallville that Clark doesn't in the series. In the meantime, we'll write the fics to make it good and hopeful. I'm really glad you liked the story! :)
