I have no new fics at the moment - working on a few, but they're not going to be done for awhile. I'm tossing around the idea of posting part one of a huge WIP at you to make up for the lack of fic at the moment, but I hate posting WIP. But that first part could be a stand-alone... just with more to come. ^^; (Would anybody actually want that? o.o)

My prompt was: Clark is a centaur -- will he let Lex ride him? ;D (Okay, no, seriously. Well, as serious as you can get for something like that, lol)
- For such a cracky odd prompt, Sue managed to get a wonderful story! :) I love the whole set up, the results, Lex coming in and figuring out what needs to happen, and above all the wonderful acceptance. Sweet lovely Clex. And the Smallville world needs more centaurs. :)

Summary/Prompt (same thing ^^): After yet another near-death experience, Lex looks around and says, ‘Fuck it. I don’t feel like dying anymore for something I never wanted in the first place.’ And walks away from LuthorCorp. Clark starts to miss him and then sets out to find him.
- I rather adore fics where Lex decides to take a different direction in his life (obviously ^^), and I've had this prompt laying around for ages because I think it fits Lex. Or at least my image of Lex. ^_^ Twins took the prompt and ran, weaving it into a beautiful story of growth and friendship and reconciliation with a wonderful happy ending. I couldn't be happier with it. :)

Summary: With this fanmix, I tried to create a flow, detailing the growing relationship between Clark and Lex. Starting with a progression of their feeling into a romance, which leads them to extremely happy places. Then, as our boys are wont to do, there is a rough patch between them but they still persevere and find their way back to each other. Growing into a place where they are happy and looking forward to their future together.

beef_wonder3 is awesome and wonderful. ^___^ I absolutely *adore* this mix and have mixed most of the songs into my regular listening as well. The detail and attention given to the storyline and the progression of the relationship is incredible, and the songs are popular pop that are easily recognizable and oh so Clex. I was introduced to both Adam Lambert and Lady Gaga through this mix and I've got to say - brilliant. Those songs are *made* for Clex, and the whole thing is a delight and a well-balanced mix. Oh, and the art on the cover is great! ^^ Go download, enjoy, and praise the mixer! :)

Summary:

headphonesbaby did three different mixes for me here, one for Chloe "Bright Spark" as I like to call her because she's such an awesome character, and then also a mix for my morning commute and one for different worlds.
- I wasn't actually expecting three different ones! ^^ That was really nice. Really appropriate songs for Chloe and the other two themes, and the artwork that accompanies is fabulous. :)
