I had to come back to add a few more elaborate comments.

I love how Lex defends his 'room'. In any other context, such a room might be obsessive. But in Lex's circumstances? Not so much.

Also, I love how Clark actually *thinks* in this story. There may be some hope for this version of Clark.

I also enjoyed Clark's paranoia over the possible bugs. Worse than Lex's, no less. Maybe this Clark won't be buddy-buddy with Lionel in a few years. :-)))
